Project Details:
Description : In-Bound, First Tele verification
seats signup 05-10 (24/7).
Agreement Duration 3 Years
Upfront : 2,50,000/- INR per slot need to be paid at the time of Training after signup to direct client, which will be Refunded after Agreement closer, and 50,000/- INR Consultancy Charges. Which need to be paid on the time of
MOU.
Software : No Charges, Required software’s and IVR will be provided by client.
Royalty : 5% On every billing.
Workload Unlimited based on routed calls.
Billing Slabs : Weekly Billing. Billing will be per hour. $8 per hour per agent.
$8/hr*9hr = $72/Agent.
$8/hr*5Agents*9hrs = $360 for 5 Agents.
$360*3shifts = $1080 Per day for 3 shifts.
$1080* 7Days = $7560 per week billing.
