Car Fleet Manager for a Growing Car Rental Company in South Bangalore in Bangalore South, Karnataka

a. Experience, skills & profile requirement:
- Minimum 5 Years of car fleet management Experience a must
- Preferably from car rental, automobile or tours & travel industry (car rental co. experience in corporate environment would be given preference)
- Good billing, invoicing, business development & selling skills.
- Good team managament & customer management skills required
- Energetic & enthusiastic professional with can-do attitude
- Good oral & written communication skills (English, Kannada & Hindi - Any 2), Excel Sheet & Powerpoint Skills
b. Other mandatory or optional requirements:
- Valid Professional & Personal References a must
- Driving License, Graduate, Adhaar Card & PAN Card a must
- Distance from Office preferably not more than 5 kms
- A bike & a smart phone is a must. On-call support required during the day.
- Office Timings - (First Shift 6AM - 6PM), (Second Shift 6PM - 6AM) which is subject to change

Our Offerings - The company has drivers, employees and contractors that are helpful, courteous, and fully trained on the use of the computer aided & manual dispatch system. As an added safety measure for both drivers and passengers, cabs are fitted with technologically advanced devices mentioned below. ProRido provides the following offerings:
a. Global Positioning Systems (GPS), which enable the cabs to be remotely tracked or located in an emergency.
b. Remote Immobilizer (RI) which will temporarily freeze the car engine in case unexpected activity is reported to stop further vehicle movement.
c. Geo-Fencing (GF) to ensure the vehicle movement happen within the given city or specific areas only as required.
d. SOS Panic Buttons for women employee safety.
e. Graphic Signage's like Driver Identity, Emergency Contact, Rash Driving, No smoking, wear your seat belt & avoid food during travel for health reasons etc.
f. Ensure cleanliness, well maintenance, and are inspected regularly for safety and comfort of all its passengers.
g. Mandatory Background verification process for all drivers wherein identity, address & reference verification is done by default with criminal & experience checks on client request.
h. Online billing dashboard to our customers for transparency of billing & trips as well as monthly customized analytic reports for business requirement. We are fully compliant to all legal, regulatory, taxation & state compliance requirement to avoid any last minute surprises for our prestigious clients.
